Roger Federer's Record-breaking Winnings

As one of the most successful athletes in history, it’s no surprise that Roger Federer has amassed a large amount of prize money over the course of his career. In fact, he is the highest-paid tennis player of all time, having earned more than $120 million in prize money alone. While his total earnings are certainly impressive, it’s his winnings that are truly staggering. To date, Federer has won more than $100 million in prize money, which is more than any other tennis player in history.

In addition, he holds the record for the most prize money earned in a single season, having raked in a staggering $12.4 million in 2007. Not only is Federer the highest-paid tennis player ever, but he also holds the record for the most Grand Slam singles titles. With 20 major wins to his name, he is clear ahead of second-place Pete Sampras, who has 14 titles. Federer has also won a record eight Wimbledon singles titles and is the only player to have reached the finals at all four Grand Slams in three consecutive years. Click here to get more details.
